Gus
We are so thankful we found Bailey and recommend her to anyone who desires to have a well-behaved obedient dog for personal or professional purposes.
What sets Bailey apart is that she listens to you as the owner and takes the time to learn your goals for your canine companion. She then educates you on canine behavior followed by determining a plan and expected timeline to meet your agreed upon goals. Bailey is extremely professional and flexible.
In our case, we met Bailey with our 11-month-old unruly 75-pound labradoodle (Gus). Through another resource, we had been through several puppy obedience classes but were at a crossroads and no longer progressing beyond sit-stay-down. Our goal was to pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test before 18 months and eventually train him to be a therapy/comfort dog.
With Bailey’s expertise and guidance, we now know how to effectively communicate with Gus. At 14 months, Gus passed his CGC. At 15 months he also passed advanced CGC and Community Canine and is now being utilized as a First Responder Therapy dog at 17 months old. We love that we can take him everywhere we go (even though he now weighs almost 90 pounds) and he regularly receives compliments regarding his good behavior. We are continuing to work with Bailey to broaden Gus’ skill set. We encourage anyone seeking to train your canine to reach out to Bailey. Gus would not be the dog he is today if we had not met Bailey.
